Anne-Corinne Buggel has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry—much of it in leadership roles. Today, she is a recognized expert in executive placement and strategic leadership consulting. Her professional focus lies on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and cloud services.

For more than eight years, she has been using her knowledge and experience to help companies across all industries fill executive, management, and specialist roles in the IT sector. Her focus is always on providing guidance on how to structure the specific role.
Anne-Corinne Buggel’s career includes key roles at leading technology companies such as Microsoft and Oracle. There, she led international teams and held P&L responsibility. She successfully developed and implemented new business models and played a key role in improving the quality and efficiency of consulting services.

Promoting high-potential talent has always been a priority for her: she helped design relevant training programs and served as a mentor. In addition, she supported the professional development of her teams and drove the development of modern career and competency models.

Education: Anne-Corinne Buggel earned a degree in computer science with a minor in business administration. She began her professional career in software development and project management. Her continuing education includes programs at renowned institutions such as INSEAD, as well as extensive leadership training in areas including change management, coaching, and negotiation.

Her motivation: To specifically empower women in IT and raise their visibility.
